Impress Ventures ceased to be a substantial shareholder in mbox.com with Domencio Zappia and Guiseppe Mercorella picking up the stake.

In a series of transactions Perpetual Trustees Australia has increased its interest in Alinta from 16,193,685 shares (9.64%) to 19,254,126 shares (11.45%) and then back to 17,521,691 shares (10.42%).

Perilya has gone through a ream of changes with its substantial interest holders starting with director Peter Unsworth selling 1,000,000 ordinary shares for $1.0006 per share. Acorn Capital increased its holding from 9,862,002 shares to 12,862,002 (8.03%). Packer & Co reduced its interest from 12,500,000 shares to 9,500,000 shares (5.96%) while Mega First Mining has also reduced its share to 9,460,000 shares (5.94%).

The National Australia Bank has increased its interest in Energy Developments from 6,450,041 shares (5.61%) to 8,768,860 shares (6.68%).

Packer & Co has ceased to be a substantial holder in Arc Energy selling its 4.9% interest in the company.

Portfolio Partners has decreased its interest in Tap Oil from 20,469,437 shares (13.21%) to 16,611,845 shares (10.63%).

Director Dang Lan Nguyen has indirectly sold 24,000 shares in Mosaic Oil for a consideration of $4,560.
