Howard McLaughlin has acquired 21,000 ordinary shares in Amity Oil for a consideration of $25,620.00 while Richard Elliott acquired 15,000 convertible notes which mature on the 30 October, 2013.

Roger Grundy has disposed of 20,000 options for common shares in Interoil with an exercise price of US$5.27 and an expiry date of 29 May 2007.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has ceased to be a substantial holder in Clough Ltd as of the 04/11/2003.

Nguyen, Dang Lan has indirectly acquired 36,400 shares in Mosaic Oil for $6,370.

A number of Woodside directors have changed their interests in the company with Charles Goode acquiring 7,872 shares for $105,984.67; Dr Pierre Jean-Marie Henri Jungels 1,721 shares for $23,170.68; Jillian Broadbent 1,426 shares for $19,198.95 and Dr Philip Rose 3,169 for $42,665.83.

David Scoffham has acquired 50,000 shares in New Zealand Oil and Gas for NZ$17,331.51 and 50,000 options for NZ$4188.20.

The Barclays Group has become a substantial holder in Origin Energy by acquiring 33,380,965 ordinary shares (5.04%) of issued stock.

Mega First Mining has ceased to be a substantial holder in Perilya while Acorn Capital increased its interest from 12,862,002 shares (8.03%) to 14,712,002 shares (9.16%).

The National Australia Bank has increased its holding in Novus Petroleum from 12,188,781 shares (6.616%) to 14,080,550 shares (7.651%).

There have been a number of changes in the interests of Roc Oil with AMP dropping its holdings from 6.14% to 5.07% and Jenkins Investment Management acquired 5.04%.
