Perpetual Trustees out off Alinta; Tony Howarth, Fiona Harris, Tim Healey, Tina McMeckan and Robert Browning into Alinta; CBA into Arc Energy and Roc Oil; NAB out of Novus; AMP into Roc Oil; Equity Trustees into Amadeus; CBA out of Wesfarmers.

Perpetual Trustees has cuts its interest in Alinta from 17,521,691 shares (10.42%) to 15,823,285 shares (9.41%). Meanwhile the directors at Alinta have gone through a number of changes under the company’s deferred employee share plan with Tony Howarth acquiring 275 shares at $7 each; Fiona Harris acquired 22 shares; Tim Healey acquired 220 shares; Tina McMeckan acquired 220 shares and Robert Browning acquired 143.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has increased its share in several companies including Arc Energy from 9,009,318 shares (4.82%) to 11,127,738 shares (5.95%); Roc Oil from 16,769,831 shares (15.46%) to 15,188,971 shares (13.82%).

The National Australia Bank has ceased to be a substantial holder in Novus Petroleum disposing of 3,152,569 shares.

AMP has become a substantial holder in Roc Oil acquiring 6,088,997 shares (5.54%).

Equity Trustees has become a substantial holder in Amadeus Energy by acquiring 6,538,645 shares (5.41%).

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has ceased to be a substantial holder in Wesfarmers.
