RPS is Europe’s leading environmental consultancy, with offices throughout the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, and offers professional advice and technical support services on a wide range of environmental disciplines, covering such diverse areas as petroleum exploration and development, energy, site contamination assessment and management, waste management, urban development, transport planning and asset, resource and risk management issues.
Bowman Bishaw Gorham will join RPS Hydrosearch, one of the world’s leading Geoscience and Operations consultancies, and the recently-acquired Troy Ikoda within the Energy Services Division in RPS.
However, RPS stated that the acquisition of BBG may not be its last in Australia and has pledged support for future expansion through organic growth and the possible acquisition of other businesses that have a good strategic fit.
“We see significant growth potential for environmental consultancy service within the Australasian region. We have been fortunate to be able to attract such a high quality business as Bowman Bishaw Gorman into the RPS group and look forward to working together to realise the potential that exists both in WA and elsewhere in the region,” said managing director of RPS Energy Services Dr Phil Williams.
