Epic calls on a higher power

After formally requesting the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) for an extension on the mandatory submission of Epic’s proposed revisions to the Access Arrangement and applicable Access Arrangement Information for the DBNG, ERA gave the green light and granted Epic three months.

ERA also granted Epic’s request for an extension of when the next revisions to the Access Arrangement will commence by three months.

In simple English, what this all means is that Epic must now submit its proposed revisions by 1 July 2004. Furthermore, the time of commencement of the next revisions to Access Arrangement is 1 April next year.
