Construction of 1.3km island breakwater and southern dredge spoil seawall: Jervoise Bay Joint Venture (contract value $22 million)

Civil works including reclamation earthworks, seawall construction, 3000t loadout wharf and 15,000t heavy lift wharf: Transfield Macmahon Contractors Joint Venture (contract value $53 million)

Design and construction of assembly hall, general facilities buildings, load-out corridors and heavy/wide load access pavements: Multiplex Constructions (contract value $27 million)

Facility manager: JB Facilities Management-Babcock Joint Venture (preferred tenderer)
