El-Raghy out of Nido Petroleum; Cruickshank, McLaughlin into Amity Oil; Salomon into Norwest Ener...

Nido Petroleum Ltd director Josef El-Raghy has ceased to be a substantial holder in the firm after disposing of 1.8 million ordinary shares for $46,620.

Amity Oil Ltd directors James Andrew Cruickshank and Howard Mark McLaughlin have changed their interests in the firm in on-market trade. Cruickshank has acquired 100,000 direct and indirect ordinary shares for $59,000 and now holds 3.6 million shares. McLaughlin has acquired 11,560 direct shares for $21,039.20 and now holds 71,000 direct shares, 1.5 million July 2007 options and 24,060 October 2013 convertible notes.

Jonathan Arnold Salomon has been appointed Norwest Energy NL director and holds a director’s initial interests of 500,000 July 2005-June 2008 options and 500,000 January 2006-June 2008 options.

ROC Oil Co Ltd substantial holders JP Morgan Chase & Co and Commonwealth Bank of Australia have changed their substantial holdings in the firm. JP Morgan has acquired 2,859,901 ordinary shares at $1.51-$1.60 per share and now holds 11,675,433 and 6.63% of the vote. Commonwealth Bank has disposed of 2,046,895 ordinary shares for $3,932,622 and now holds 14,445,817 shares and 8.21% of the vote.

Aminex Plc has ceased to be a substantial holder in Bounty Oil & Gas NL after disposing of 9 million ordinary shares for $945,000.

Mosaic Oil NL director Nguyen Dang Lau has changed his interests in the firm after acquiring and disposing of shares in Mosaic in on-market trades. Nguyen has acquired 38,750 indirect shares for $7,750 and disposed of 51,250 indirect options for $2,152.50. He now holds 343,750 direct shares, 343,750 direct options, 2.75 million direct ctg shares, 766,850 indirect shares, 29,650 indirect options and 550,000 indirect ctg shares.

Impress Ventures Ltd director Eddie Smith has changed his stake in the firm in three on-market trades. Smith initially acquired 400,000 indirect ordinary shares for $32,000 and held 16,425,895 shares. Smith later acquired 125,000 indirect shares for $10,000 and held 16,550,895 shares. Smith finally acquired 125,000 indirect shares for $10,375 and now holds 16,675,895 shares.

Nicholas Mather has ceased to be a director with Arrow Energy NL. He still holds 322,500 ordinary shares.
