Harkand is adding Go Offshore's ROV, survey and air diving vessel the Surf Ranger to its fleet.
The 85.4m vessel will be deployed immediately on its first job, a pipeline and structural inspection for TAQA's UK business.
The project includes structural inspection at the Harding, Cormorant Alpha, North Cormorant, Tern and Elder assets as well as the inspection of various pipelines, dredging works and mattress installation, plus the associated project management and engineering support.
The Surf Ranger is a DP2 multi-purpose ROV, survey and air diving vessel featuring a helideck and 60-tonne active heave compensated knuckle boom crane.
It can accommodate 69 personnel onboard.
The vessel is permanently equipped with a Triton XLS work class ROV.
