In addition to this Solar Sales will supply and install solar power systems to Hamersley Iron's radio base station network and also what will be become Australia's largest remote area power supply system for the mining giant's pastoral property, Hamersley Station.
"We have had a need to replace our 22kv power line for some time and saw solar power as a credible solution to the problem," said Hamersley Iron specialist engineer, Ken Edmiston.
Solar Sales Pty. Ltd. celebrates its 20 years of involvement in the renewable energy business in 2003 and recently moved its office and warehouse facilities to modern new premises after 17 years in the one location.
