CRUDE oil surged above $US30 a barrel temporarily in the biggest relief rally in three months overnight, but it is no indication the bulls have shaken off the bears, although oil certainly has its supporters, with UK-based Sun Global Investments saying this week that it is time for investors to consider snapping up cheap oil stocks.
