IPA says new Victorian energy moves likely to lead to more blackouts

The Institute of Public Affairs has declared a Victorian government decision to force its “ideologically driven” State Energy Commission (SEC) policy into the state’s constitution will lead to higher energy costs and further risks to energy supply.
