Norton Belknap resigned as a director of Southern Pacific Petroleum prior to the company going into receivership.
Adsteam Marine has appointed Paul Bendy as general manager, Ocean and Terminals. Bendy joins the company from Teekay Shipping where he was managing director for almost six years.
Arc Energy has undergone a number of board changes with Richard Elliott retiring as an independent director to be replaced by Mike Harding. Alex Forcke has been appointed as a non-executive director while general manager Derrick O'Keefe has been appointed as an executive director.
John Phillips has retired as chairman of The Australian Gas Light Company and will leave the board by the end of the year. As a consequence of Phillips' stepping down the board has appointed Mark Johnson as the new chairman.
