Colin Crabb, a director of Norwest Energy and Pancontinental Oil & Gas, passed away unexpectedly last weekend. Sincere condolences and sympathy are extended to his family and colleagues. Norwest Energy has appointed Peter Lawson Munachen as a director of the company to fill the casual vacancy arising from the sudden death of Colin Crabb. Munachen, a chartered accountant is also company secretary.

Former Cabinet Minister and Wellington Mayor, Fran Wilde QSO, has been appointed as an independent director of NGC Holdings. Wilde was appointed to the casual vacancy arising from the retirement of Sir Ross Jansen.
