His relevant experience includes a position as General Manager of a 100 personnel Henkel/Nopco operation in Columbia, Field Manager of a 30 personnel team installing oil transport lines for Schlumberger in the jungles of Peten, and substantial corporate funding and financial expertise in the Australian resources sector.

Mr Wale has a BSc and MSc and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He will be entitled to 300,000 Bounty share options at 20c/share, subject to shareholder approval.
