Personnel

Amity Oil has appointed Howard McLaughlin as its chief executive officer. McLaughlin has spent the last 20 years working with BHP Billiton Petroleum (BHP), with his most recent position being vice president global exploration, based in Houston, where he had overall stewardship of BHP's global oil and gas exploration businesses.

ACIL Tasman has made two new appointments to its growing Perth office. Tim Moore will transfer from the ACIL Tasman Melbourne office to join the Perth team as a consultant. Allison Taylor has recently been appointed as Office Manager. Allison has experience across a range of industries including tourism, hospitality, health and mining. In addition to running the growing Perth office, Allison is responsible for marketing and client liaison activities. These appointments take the ACIL Tasman Perth team to seven and a national tally of around 70 staff.
