The JV holds most of the engineering support contracts for Woodside, and like its client, has offices in a range of locations around the Perth CBD.
The joint venture will occupy almost 4300sqm in the building's mid-rise under a 10-year lease with a further five-year option.
The deal brings the level of precommitted space in the tower to almost 80 per cent, following on from Woodside's commitment to lease the 32,500sqm in a bid to consolidate its operations.
Owner of building, Deutsche Office Trust, said despite the problems, the office tower in on track to be completed around September next year, one month behind the original timetable.
