Personnel movements

PCH Group, Woodside Petroleum Ltd, Oil Search Limited, Australian Oil and Gas Corporation.

Enzo Gullotti has resigned from the board of PCH Group Ltd but remains an executive and director of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, PCH Access Pty Ltd, PCH Offshore Pty Ltd and PCH Personnel Pty Ltd.

Boudewijn Peter Theodoor de Wit has been appointed as a director of Woodside Petroleum Ltd on 13 August 2002.

John Akehurst resigned as director of Oil Search Limited, effective from 14 August 2002.

As a result of the takeover by Ensign Resource Service Group Inc, the following directors have resigned from Australian Oil and Gas Corporation: C William Siller (Chairman), John Hartigan, Geoff Pickles, Ron Langley, Derry Hill, Peter Dunn and Peter Dalton. The following new directors were appointed: Kenneth John Picard, Selby Porter, and Glenn Dagenais. With the resignation of the Chairman, the appointment of a new Chairman is likely to be made at the next Board meeting.
