Slugcatcher fingers Gary Gray for the new use it, or lose it, laws

PSST! Don, why don't you ask Gary? That's <i>Slugcatcher's</i> answer to Woodside Petroleum boss Don Voelte's rhetorical question about who wrote the Australian government's new hardline "use it, or lose it" rules governing undeveloped gas reserves.

The Gary in question is Gary Gray, a fringe member of the ministry in the Australian government, and the man who used to sit in the office next to Voelte when he was government relations manager at Woodside....
