Sustained flow rates achieved were 33MMcf/d of gas and 3840bpd of condensate, NZOG added.

Testing of the Kupe South-6 well, over the interval 3014-3106m MDRT was expected to start later today, followed by testing of the Kupe South-7 sidetrack well, the company added.

The Kupe partners are operator Origin Energy (50%), Genesis Energy (31%), New Zealand Oil & Gas (15%), and Mitsui E&P NZ (4%).
