Marion selling out of Oklahoma

The company said a review of its oil and gas properties found its stake in Oklahoma was no longer at the core of its focus. Marion now plans to concentrate on Utah.

Marion holds a 33.3% working interest in the Jester-Bloomington project in Greer County, Oklahoma and a 66% interest in the Willow Project, north of the Jester-Bloomington project.

In Utah, Marion holds 100% of the Clear Creek project, has 48.75% interest in the Helper project and a 70% stake in the Roan Cliffs project.

According to the company, there has been strong initial interest for its Oklahoma assets. Bids for the assets are due by late May.
