The research deputy of Iran Atomic Energy Organization told the first joint gathering of research departments of Iran Atomic Energy Organization as well as the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology that Nuclear Research and Technology Institute supported nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel.

Ahmadi noted that since the nuclear technology should be transferred, the institute was trying to reduce dependence on other countries.
