ARC has promoted former asset manager Derrick O'Keeffe to general manager of the company reporting to managing director Eric Streitberg.
As asset manager O'Keeffe has been responsible for the fast-track commercialisation of the Hovea and Eremia discoveries.
The role of asset manager will now be taken over and expanded by a petroleum development manager who will be appointed as soon as possible.
The change is designed to free the managing director from the day-to-day running of the company and allow him to concentrate on ARC's strategic development and external relations functions.
