The name Kalrez will also disappear - changing its name to Lion Energy Ltd, pending shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on 24th September at Suite 33, 168 Melbourne St, North Adelaide, South Australia.

The move will complete its transition from a gold-focussed explorer, Kalgoorlie Resources, to a pure energy play.

The meeting will also ratify the issue of 100 million shares on January 27 this year to Saltbush Nominees, an entity connect with executive chairman, Joe Mercorella.

After the reconstruction (26 September) it will issue a further 20 million shares to Saltbush.

75% of the cast votes need to be in favour for the resolution to be carried.
