Kalrez disappears as Lion Energy takes pride of place

Kalrez Energy has disappeared from the ASX directory effective today following the company's name...

This article is 21 years old. Images might not display.

The name change received shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on 24th September held in North Adelaide, South Australia and will complete the transition, started some years ago from a gold-focussed explorer, Kalgoorlie Resources, to a pure energy play.

The company is buying back the fully paid ordinary shares at a price of half a cent per share of those shareholders which hold less than 100,000 shares ($500).
