Bass Strait Oil Trust has announced the resignation of Simon Tuxen as a director of the company and the appointment of Mr Roch Siang Chye Low, effective immediately.
Bounty Oil & Gas NL has announced the resignation of Ken Russell as a director. The board expressed their appreciation to Mr Russell who was a founding director of the Company and his experience assisted in the review and analysis of projects and listing on the ASX.
The directors of InterOil have appointed Edward N Speal to its board of directors. Mr Speal is the managing director of BNP Paribas in Canada, and is responsible for the energy, project finance and corporate banking business lines in Canada. He is also a member of the Canadian Executive Committee and member of the North America Strategic Planning Management Committee.
Anzoil NL has advised that Rodney Hare has resigned his position as a director and chairman of the company. Andrew Dodman and Ian Viner will continue as directors, with Mr Viner as chairman. The company said additional directors will be appointed in due course.
