Norway makes majors wait indefinitely

NORWAY has made several of the world's biggest oil players wait indefinitely as it delayed launching its Arctic-focused oil and gas licensing round, in a move that will give companies time over the new year to regroup after the hammering they've taken from the oil price of late.
