Lion's Indonesian synergy

PERTH-based Lion Energy has snagged a deal with New Zealand Oil and Gas and Bukit Energy in North Sumatra, with the prospect of acquiring a 15% interest in the joint venture's conventional Bohorok production sharing contract in the south of the North Sumatra Basin.

In return, the two partners will have the opportunity to acquire a 45% interest in a pending 5000sq.km unconventional joint study application made by Lion in 2012, filling the "joint" pre-requisite needed...
