In comparison, the campaign, which started almost year ago, has seen 19 wells plugged and abandoned.
In a statement yesterday, Drillsearch said the program continues to be successful, after the Endeavour-40 delineation well encountered 4m of oil pay in the Westbourne and Birkhead Formations.
After casing and suspending the well for future production, the Rig PDI-724 moved to the Endeavour-34 location, which spudded on January 6.
Wireline logs confirmed this well encountered 6m of oil pay in the Birkhead Formation.
Meanwhile, a third well, Endeavour-26 also looks to be commercial, after encountering “good” oil shows in the Birkhead, where wireline logs are currently being run.
