More success at Churchie gas field

HOT on the heels of the successful Churchie-6 well, Churchie-7 in has reached total depth of 2089...

This stablised flow was conducted over the interval 2045 to 2089 metres in the Permian Tinowon Sandstone with a surface flowing pressure of 324psi through a one-inch choke.

The Churchie joint venture (Santos 51% and Mosaic 49% and operator) has already approved the purchase of flowlines and equipment to get this well producing as soon as possible.

The Century 7 rig will now be released and moved to the Waggamba area (Mosaic 100%) where it will drill two wells back to back.
