Amity posts Gocerler-6 results

Testing on the well has been completed and the rig has moved on to the Adatepe-4 well.

In a statement, the company stated, “Gocerler-6 was perforated and tested for a cleanup flow. The well flowed at a stabilised rate of 6.98 MMcf/d through a 32/64 inch choke at a flowing pressure of 1,102 psi.”

The well is located within the Petroleum Exploration Licence AR/AOI/3589 and is part of the Area “A” of the Thrace JV. It is located in the onshore Thrace Basin and is 120 km west of Istanbul.

The Thrace JV is a 50-50 venture between Amity and Turkey’s Türkiye Petrolleri A.O. Amity is the operator.
