The mechanical failure of the test tool between 2692-2712.4m meant no valid test for the interval was obtained. However, in light of the good gas shows over the interval Great Artesian expects to run a further DST over this zone or other target zones deeper in the well.
Good gas shows have now been achieved from several intervals within the Lowe Patchawarra Formation down to a depth of 2801m, prompting the company to run a second DST within the next 48 hours.
