Gone are William Siller, John Hartigan, Geoff Pickles, Ron Langley, Derry Hill, Peter Dunn and Peter Dalton. In their place have been appointed Kenneth John Picard (the current CFO of AOG), Selby Porter (President, Ensign Resource Service Group Inc) and Glenn Dagenais (Vice President Finance, Ensign Resource Service Group Inc).

With the resignation of the Chairman occurring at the close of the Board meeting, the appointment of a new person to fill that position is likely to be made soon, the company said.
