A horizontal extension well, 3-ESS-110HPA, was drilled last month by the Noble Paul Wolff. Well testing resulted in initial production of 3,000 barrels per day of 17 degree API oil with indications that production could reach as much as 20,000 barrels per day. During the next six months two more wells will be drilled to further test the discovery.
