Energy World Corporation has announced that Robert Willcocks has ceased to be a non-executive director of the company as of 24 September.

Sydney Gas Company NL appointed Emilie Smith as manager, marketing & media. SGC said Ms Smith brings a thorough understanding of the gas and electricity sectors to the company, from an economic and marketing perspective.
