Origin Energy increased its interest in Oil Company of Australia by 314,988 ordinary shares or 0.27% as part of its buy-out bid.

Alan Flavelle has acquired 193,000 ordinary shares in Kimberley Oil for a consideration of $3,646.

Yandal Investments has taken a substantial holding in Amity Oil by acquiring 8,500,000 ordinary shares or 5.35% of the issued capital.

AMP has increased its interest in Roc Oil from 5.1% (5,529,882 shares) to 6.14% (6,664,856).

The Queensland Investment Corporation has sold 229,117 shares in Tap Oil for a consideration of $369,739.

Woodside has decreased its holdings in Chinguetti joint venture partner Hardman Resources from 10.34% to 11.38%.

Perpetual Trustees has dropped its holdings in Tap Oil from 7.87% (12,202,901) to 6.6% (10,225,367).
