“Tim has over 16 years of international M&A and finance experience primarily focused within the oil and gas sector, including six years of international oil and gas experience primarily as a banker for Credit Suisse and UBS in New York and London respectively,” Risc said in a statement.

“During this tenure, he had the opportunity to advise numerous oil and gas companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Most recently, he was chief financial officer for Energy Partners, a New Orleans-based oil and gas producer.”

Before his stint overseas, Woodall worked in Australia for Woodside Petroleum as head of mergers & acquisitions, as well as for Santos and the Bank of South Australia.”
