“Tim has over 16 years of international M&A and finance experience primarily focused within the oil and gas sector, including six years of international oil and gas experience primarily as a banker for Credit Suisse and UBS in New York and London respectively,” Risc said in a statement.
“During this tenure, he had the opportunity to advise numerous oil and gas companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Most recently, he was chief financial officer for Energy Partners, a New Orleans-based oil and gas producer.”
Before his stint overseas, Woodall worked in Australia for Woodside Petroleum as head of mergers & acquisitions, as well as for Santos and the Bank of South Australia.”
Boardman said this was an opportune time for someone with a related but different background in the industry to lead the company to new challenges and horizons.
“In the last financial year RISC conducted 126 assignments for 56 different clients in 26 countries, with services related to transactions valued at over $US24 billion,” he said. “The company is now ideally placed to enter a new phase of growth.”
Boardman will be staying with the company and will continue to advise its clients.
