Shareholder Movements

Infratil, Orion Group out of and Goldman Sachs Group into Energy Developments; Origin Energy, John Piper into and Santos out of Oil Company of Australia; Paul Underwood and Ted Jacobson into Tap Oil; Packer & Co out of Arc Energy; Anthony Barton into and Richard Elliot out of Amity Oil; Christian Vinson into Interoil; Wyllie Group out of Eagle Bay Resources.

Energy Developments has had a number of changes with Infratil's interest being cut 12.87% to 11.27% and the Orion Group from 14.895% to 13.133% due to an institutional placement. The Goldman Sachs Group has acquired a 8.49% interest.

Origin Energy has increased its interest in the Oil Company of Australia to 99.27% following Santos' acceptance of Origin's off market offer. Santos ceased to be a substantial holder. Director John Piper also acquired another 20,000 ordinary shares at $1.66 per share.

Paul Underwood has acquired an additional 100,000 shares in Tap Oil and Ted Jacobson has acquired an additional 200,000 shares in the company,

Packer & Co has cuts its interest in Arc Energy from 14,800,000 (9.03%) to 11,600,000 (7.07%).

Anthony Barton has increased his substantial holding in Amity Oil from 15,879,735 ordinary shares (10.00%) to 15,979,735 (10.06%) while Richard Elliot disposed of 48,947 ordinary fully paid shares at $1.20 per share.

Christian Vinson has acquired 45,000 ordinary shares in Interoil for a total consideration of $US330,600.

The Wyllie Group has cut it interest in Eagle Bay Resources from 16.67% to 12.56%.
