The Queensland Investment Corporation has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Tap Oil as of the 4/09/03.

The National Australia Bank has increased it holdings in Novus Petroleum from 9,625,745 ordinary shares (5.231%) to 12,188,781 shares (6.616%).

JP Morgan Chase and Co has also increased its holding in Novus Petroleum from 12,737,375 (6.92%) to 14,717,748 (8%).

Terrence Willsteed has acquired another 1,136,00 ordinary shares in Kimberley Oil for a consideration of $54,714.

Alan Scott has purchased a further 300,000 shares in HiTec Energy for a consideration of $12,932.95.

Infratil Australia has cut its interest in Energy Developments from 14,790,285 ordinary shares (12.87%) to 12,780,265 (11.27%).
