The changes have continued at Clough with chairman Ross Kelly standing down as chairman but remaining on the board as an independent director, while Jock Clough has been appointed as a non-executive chairman of the board and Campbell Anderson has also been appointed as an independent director.

Energy World Corporation has made a number of changes to its board. Kwan Ming Ling has been appointed as an executive director and Richard F Eller has been appointed a non-executive. Ronald S. Punch has resigned as a non-executive director and chairman While Stewart Elliott has been elected chairman of the company with effect from 10 September.

Barrie Donald Lawson resigned as a secretary of Eromanga Hydrocarbons and its subsidiary companies with effect from 5 September 2003, and was replaced by Stephen Shnider.
