Eric Woolley resigned as group finance director of Expro International Group to take up a new role. Woolley will leave the board and the company on 31st October, 2003.

Clough has appointed Andrew Walsh as the new chief financial officer for the group replacing Mike Goddard. Walsh has 20 plus years in the international finance world with GEC and more recently as the CFO of BAE Systems subsidiary Alenia Marconi Systems.

Cooper Energy has recruited a legal heavyweight onto its board with group head and partner of law firm Minter Ellison's Perth corporate advisory group, Laurie Shervington, joining as a non-executive director.
