Andrew Walsh has been appointed new chief financial office for the Clough Group, with Mike Goddard moving to the CEO of the new Development Division of the engineering and construction business.
"Andrew brings to the group 20 plus years in the international finance world with GEC and more recently as the CFO of BAE Systems subsidiary Alenia Marconi Systems," said David Singleton, CEO & managing director of Clough Limited.
"Mike Goddard will continue with the company in the role of CEO of the newly created Development Division, where he will have a significant responsibility for reshaping the group."
Walsh is expected to take up his position in the next few weeks.
