Two welders are missing and another four workers have been injured when an empty oil tanker explo...

According to reports in the Chinese media, citing sources from the Nanjing Maritime Affairs Bureau, hopes for finding the missing workers are slim. The reports also state the tanker is owned by Li Denggao and the tanker was at the yard for repairs.

The four injured men were working on a near-by boat. Salvage efforts are under way, as is the search for the missing men.
