Regency oils wheels of diversification

LONDON junior Regency Mines has bought into onshore oil in the UK and West Virginia, along with rare earths in Greenland, to diversify its interests in a struggling equity market for hard rock tiddlers.

With the recent oil price plummet, Regency would appear to have jumped out of the furnace into the fire, but investors have reacted positively to each piece of news announcing another diversification....
