The Culzean development is one of the largest gas discoveries in the UK North Sea. It is in about 90m of water with the reservoir about 4300m below sea level.
The contract includes optional detailed design scopes also in support of the Culzean project.
Work on the project has already started and will be carried out in Intecsea's UK office.
Intecsea president Neil Mackintosh said the award was an important milestone for the company and reaffirmed the relationship it had with Maersk in the Europe and Africa region.
