The vessel, known as the POSH Xanadu, is expected in the field from around December.
POSH CEO Gerald Seow said the win confirmed the capability of its SSAV design to meet operating requirements of deepwater oil field operations around the world.
POSH flagged that the contract could be boosted to $144 million if a one-year extension was agreed to.
The SSAV accommodates 750 people and also houses large conference rooms, client offices with modern workstations, workshops, warehousing facilities and two large offshore cranes.
