The Australian renewable player completed an initial public offer of more than 37 million shares at 45c ahead of its listing this week.

Novera has 13 landfill gas sites in the UK producing methane gas for electricity generation but wants to expand that business. Last month, the company confirmed a 15-year umbrella sale agreement with Powergen to supply 800 gigawatt hours of electricity from new renewable energy projects.
