THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Media Sales/Account Manager / Energy (Oil and Gas) Sector
  • Global Publishing Company
  • CBD based location close to public transport
  • $60k - 70k Base + super + bonuses+ uncapped comms

To be successful in this role you will possess 3-5 years digital media sales experience with a strong understanding of how digital advertising is transacted. You will be a proficient at outbound sales, confident in your communications both over the phone and face to face and able to confidently present to senior management.

You will be responsible for securing advertising for www.energynewspremium.net Australia's premier supplier of information to key decision makers within the sector. With daily newsletters, website and data base this product has a solid, growing subscriber base. You will be responsible for the development of new business and management of a group of key accounts to increase their financial commitment. Building and maintaining strong relationships and providing innovative solutions across our product line. Experience in the sale of webinars would also be an advantage. You will be personally driven with the desire to achieve great results. Existing networks within the oil and gas/energy sector would be an advantage.

You must have permanent residency in Australia.

With a new website platform to be launched in the first half of the new financial year Energy News is poised for significant growth. You will work within a small professional team reporting to the General Manager Australian Publishing.
