Brent flirts with 11-year low

WITH an oil price flirting with a decade low, just under $US35 per barrel for West Texas Intermediate and $US36 for Brent, the global oil patch will enter 2016 with more cuts on its mind, yet analysts and the commentators are split on how far prices can fall and how soon they might rise again.
