AGRI ENERGY LIMITED: Bluecrest Special Situations Masterfund Ltd became a substantial shareholder on January 29, with a voting power of 14.10% but decreased its holding to 13.97% on January 31. CVC Reef Limited changed its substantial shareholding to 5.75% on January 12. Commonwealth Bank of Australia changed its substantial shareholding to 12.03% on January 30. RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Ltd increased its substantial shareholding to 10.03% on January 21. David Lymburn acquired 70,000 ordinary fully paid shares for $23,275 in on market trade on February 8, taking his total holding, held directly, to 120,000 ordinary shares.

ALINTA LTD: Oz Management Ltd changed its substantial shareholding to 5.34% on February 2.

AURORA OIL & GAS LIMITED: Jonathan Stewart acquired 1,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.20 per share on February 7, via exercise of options. Following this exercise, he now holds, indirectly, 7,560,000 ordinary shares and 7,200,000 options exercisable at $0.20 per share on or before February 22, 2010. Directly, he now holds 1,500,000 ordinary shares and 700,000 options exercisable at $0.20 per share on or before February 22, 2008.

AUSTRALIAN WORLDWIDE EXPLORATION LTD: Suncorp Metway Investment Management increased its substantial shareholding to 6.24 667% on February 6.

BOW ENERGY LTD: Ron Prefontaine acquired 50,000 ordinary shares for $7,500 in on market trade on February 5, taking his total holding, direct and indirect, to 5,894,121 ordinary shares and 428,566 options exercisable at $0.20 and expiring 31 March 2008.

CITYVIEW CORPORATION LIMITED: Mahmood Mohamad Rahmah al Ansari acquired 250,000 ordinary shares for $20,000.00 on January 31, via an exercise of options. Following this transaction, he now holds 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares.

COOPER ENERGY LTD: Michael Scott acquired 500,000 ordinary fully paid shares for $100,000 on February 1, via the conversion of 500,000 February 1, 2007 20 cent options. Following this conversion, he now holds, directly, 6,366 ordinary fully paid shares. Indirectly he now holds 600,000 ordinary fully paid shares, 500,000 unlisted 25 cents ordinary options expiring August 1, 2009 and 1,900, 000 unlisted 55 cent ordinary options expiring December 31, 2010.

EUROPEAN GAS LTD: FMR Corp and FIL decreased its substantial shareholding to 6.50% on February 1.

IMPRESS ENERGY LIMITED: Eddie Smith acquired 500,000 7.6 cents fully paid ordinary shares in on market trade on February 1, taking his total holding, held indirectly, to 26,505,895 fully paid ordinary shares and 5 unlisted convertible notes –September 11, 2007

KAROON GAS LTD: JJ Holdings (Vic) Pty Ltd and associated entities increased their substantial shareholding to 6.69% on February 5.

METGASCO LTD: David Johnson disposed of 2,200,000 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.60 Per Share in on market trade on February 1, taking his total holding, held directly, to 10,085,024 fully paid ordinary shares and 4,480,575 options exercisable at $0.30 up to JUNE 30, 2009. The sale of these shares on February 1 decreased Johnson’s substantial shareholding to 9.69%.

MOSAIC OIL NL: Nguyen, Dang Lan acquired 50,000 Shares for $7,750.00 in on market trade on February 7, taking his total holding, held directly to 400,000 Shares; 2,750,000 Ctg shares. Indirectly he now holds 163,800 shares, 114,500 shares, 550,000 Ctg shares and 850,000 shares.

ORCHARD PETROLEUM LTD: Eskdale Petroleum Pty Ltd has extended the offer period for its takeover bid for Orchard by two weeks. The offer is now scheduled to close at 7pm (Sydney time) on March 1, 2007 (unless extended).

ORIGIN ENERGY LIMITED: Origin Energy advises that it has entered discussions with AGL Energy regarding their proposal to merge the two companies. Shareholders of both companies should be aware that there is no certainty that these discussions will result in an agreed merger proposal being announced.

RAWSON RESOURCES LIMITED: John Doughty acquired 77,200 ordinary full paid shares for $ 6,975.20 in on market purchases on February 2 and 5. Following these transactions, he now holds, directly, 1,781,650 ordinary shares, 1,650,000 ordinary shares, 287,500 ordinary shares, 162,500 ordinary shares, 858,623 ordinary shares, 30,000 ordinary shares, 30,000 ordinary shares and 30,000 ordinary shares.

STRIKE OIL LTD: Calm Holdings Pty Ltd changed its substantial shareholding to 7.66% on January 18.

Dr Philip Moore acquired 300,000 ordinary fully paid shares for $117,018.00 in on market trade on February 6, taking his total holding, held directly, to 400,000 ordinary fully paid shares.
