JACKGREEN: Babcock & Brown has committed to increase its holding in Jackgreen from 11.1% to 19.9% (subject to and following Foreign Investment Review Board (‘FIRB’) approval). The investment is by way of a private placement over two tranches. The first tranche taking Babcock & Brown’s holding to 14.9% occurred on December 13, and the second tranche is subject to, and will take place following FIRB approval. The shares were placed at 20 cents and will raise up to $2.9 million.
